Bed comfort, quiet, location

Front desk staff were very courteous and accommodating. The host at morning breakfast was friendly as well as she greeted me with a smile each morning. She kept the breakfast area nice and clean and the food was hot.. My room was nice and clean and QUIET for the most oart. I loved everything about my 3 day stay here.

The breakfast and coffee was great. I loved the location of the hotel. There several restaurants near by and we were just minutes from the Galleria mall.

The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The mini fridge and microwave were convenient, and the hot breakfast exceeded our expectations! Such an amazing value. We had a better stay here than many of the more expensive hotels we've stayed at.

I love the thank you Ms Jackie, front desk, gave as we departed. She gave a very warm good bye and come back to see us. Her thank you was very genuine, sweet, honest, and heart feeling. We have never had anyone to greet us with such kindness, and the prayer of safe travels took me over. I would stay again as long as Ms Jackie works there. I was so full of laugher with the treat she had given us, a choose of different lollipops!!! I think that’s what brightens the entire stay. We thank her dearly!
